Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
No. If you qualify for Pell Grant, WIOA, GI Bill, or employer sponsorship, your tuition may be fully covered. For direct-pay students, we offer a 4-month installment plan with no interest and no credit check.
What if I don't finish the program?
We offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of your program if you withdraw within the first 4 weeks. After week 4, tuition is non-refundable, but you can pause and resume within 6 months.
Are certification exam fees included?
Yes. Your first exam attempt for each credential is included in tuition. If you need a retake, we cover one additional attempt at no cost.
How do I know if I qualify for funding?
Start your application and our enrollment team will help determine your eligibility for Pell Grant, WIOA, GI Bill, and employer-sponsored options. Most students qualify for at least one form of assistance.
Can my employer pay for my training?
Absolutely. We work with 50+ employer partners who pre-pay tuition for candidates committed to joining their workforce. We also accept employer tuition reimbursement programs.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We offer a Job Guarantee: if you complete the program, earn your credential, and don't receive a job offer within 90 days, we will refund your tuition in full. Terms apply.
